I've tried to teach my students that your brain really doesn't know the difference between right and wrong viola techniques, it just knows what it's done most often. You can't practice til you get it right, you have to practice til you can't get it wrong! Whatever 'it' may be - always having a specific goal in mind is crucial.
Darkwood is looking at some venues in Vermont for touring next year! I'll look them up and tell you what they are.
